I know this is a long review, but I felt sharing my honest experience was important if it helps anyone in a similar situation find the right instructor. I had a bad experience at another driving school 3 years ago that completely put me off driving, but starting fresh with Ajesh at Ace Driving School was the best decision I’ve made. He takes a genuine interest in you as a person and is incredibly encouraging, patient, and cheerful. He has an easygoing nature and doesn't take things too seriously—which immediately puts you at ease. Right from the start, he checked in on my goals and tailored the lesson around them.
Ajesh is also incredible if you're new to driving in Australia or speak English as a second language—he creates a completely low-stress environment where you feel fully understood and confident you can succeed. When I felt nervous, he reassured me not to worry about traffic or the cars behind us, but to just focus on driving and changing gears. That encouragement cleared my mind so I could truly focus.
